1. Participant Eligibility:

• All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
• Age limit 14 and above.
• Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.

2. Health and Safety:

• By registering, participants confirm they are physically fit and medically able to participate in the EcoRun
• Participants agree to adhere to all safety instructions provided by event organizers.

3. Event Rules:

• Participants must follow the designated course and comply with instructions from event officials, volunteers, and law enforcement personnel.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct, including tampering with timing devices or interfering with other participants, is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
• Transfer of registration to another individual is not permitted without prior approval from event organizers.

4. Liability Waiver:

• Participants understand that running a EcoRun involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, injury, illness, or death.
• Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree not to hold the organizers, sponsors, or affiliated entities liable for any harm or loss incurred.

5. Cancellation or Postponement:

• The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the EcoRun due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, safety concerns, or government restrictions.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement, participants will be notified via the contact information provided during registration.

6. Media Release:

• By participating, participants grant the organizers the right to use their names, images, and likenesses in any promotional material, media coverage, or publications related to the event.

7. Personal Data:

• The personal information provided during registration will be used for event administration purposes only and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Agreement to Terms:

• By registering for the EcoRun, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this document.

9. Reporting:

• Participants must report on-time to catch the bus and also personally appear for collecting the T-Shirts.
